Thank you for making your entry to the rescheduled NAF Five Star Winter Championships and Petplan Equine Area Festival Championships. We'll be maintaining records of all visitors in order to comply with our COVID-19 Policy and to support the NHS Test and Trace system. The information requested in this questionnaire is mandatory to enable you to compete. All data collected in relation to Test and Trace will be held for 21 days and then destroyed.
