Retailers in general are struggling on a number of key issues and luckily, there are ways to overcome these - the secret is that only a few know of them. This diagnostic is to help you better understand where you stand against your peers and to inform a broader conversation in the market that we hope will lead to real change.
Each question is formatted in exactly the same way - on a scale of 0 to 5, where 5 represents the most strongly positive response and 0 represents the most strongly negative, rate your performance in each area accordingly.
At the end, you'll receive a percentage score out of 100 and at the end of the entire research process, we'll send you an overview of all scores so that you can see how you fared in comparison with other retailers who also completed the questionnaire, as well as insight into how you can be more competitive in the market.
