Thank you for your interest in the new Maturity Matrix.

If you would like to use the Maturity Matrix without EIF's support you can access the documents and  information here.

If you would like EIF's support with the validation of your self assessment, the process is outlined below. The timescales are for the support we are offering between November 2020 and March 2021.

1. Local area co-ordinator registers interest with EIF and confirms the outline schedule • The date for starting the online survey must be at least 1 week after the date of registration with EIF Week 1
2.      EIF sends supporting information and an online survey link   Week 1
3.      Local area co-ordinator invites local stakeholders to complete the online survey which takes about 15 minutes • The online survey is ideally open for two weeks, but must close no later than 18th of December.

• Local area co-ordinator reminds stakeholders shortly before the survey closing date.
Week 2-3
4.      EIF sends an anonymised summary of online responses   Week 4
5. Local area co-ordinator engages with local stakeholders to review survey results, confirm the self-assessment, and identify challenges and confirm actions • The new Matrix Workbook sets out the information which the co-ordinator needs to collect:
o   Progress rating from basic level to mature;
o   A record of the supporting information for this rating;
o   Barriers to change;
o   Actions proposed.

• The available time for this work depends on when the online survey is completed, but we expect that most areas to engage their local stakeholders with online workshops or small group discussions in January 2021.
Week 5-11
6. Local area co-ordinator returns the completed Matrix Workbook to EIF • The deadline for returns is the end of January 2021 Week 11
7. EIF conducts analysis and validation process   February 2021
8. Summary reports shared with local areas • Local co-ordinators can also book time to discuss local plans with EIF. March 2021

After completing this registration form you will receive an e-mail providing:

• Confirmation of the timescales that you have set out for running the self assessment process;
• A link to your online survey to share with stakeholders;
