(1 year plus) A lot - I am often thinking about where I want to be and how I might get there. I'm Confident - I usually have 1 or more goals of my own that I am working towards I'm Not Bad - eg I start off well with clear goals but lose focus I Try - I do it irregularly or keep them as loose NA - I focus on goals/targets in my workplan Not Confident - I'd like to have clearer goals but struggle to find the time or create meaningful goals and actions. Yes - and I feel confident in delivering beyond target outputs and/or outcomes Yes - but some external factors impact my ability to deliver target output and/or outcomes Mostly - but I could do more with additional resources (money, equipment, tools, time) Mostly - but I could do more with more training or support with certain things I'm not sure - I think I could do more or better but I'd need help identifying what would make a difference.
