Calling all Sussex primary schools! Have your say!

Active Sussex have designed this survey to help you shape the PE and sport training opportunities available to Sussex primary schools.

By filling out the survey you will be automatically entered into a competition where there are 5 x £200 equipment vouchers to be won, and a personalised PE jacket for you as PE coordinator or another member of staff.

In 2018 it took each school around 15 minutes to complete this survey (we know because Survey Monkey tells us!), with six lucky schools winning £200 and a personalised PE jacket.

If you have any questions or require any support with your current PE, sport and physical activity provision please do not hesitate to get in touch with nchellel@activesussex.org for a free visit.

The deadline for the survey competition is Friday 25th October 2019.

Many thanks in advance for your reply!
