Introduction

  • Quality Assurance (QA) refers to the effective working of policies and procedures to ensure that the teaching offered and the standards achieved by Learners are valid and equitable.
  • The aim of this Quality Assurance Questionnaire exercise enables your Centre to reflect on the required QA procedures and ensure that ICM required elements of QA are in place and met by your centre.
  • In the event that you have identified a change in practice and/or an area where action might be required to maintain or improve essential QA procedures please let us know so that we measure any effect this may have on Learner achievement and to offer you support in any areas of development.
  • This questionnaire will run on a two-year cycle and the questions are based on ICM's policies and procedures.
  • For ease of completion sections, 1 and 2 could be completed by an administrative contact (estimated completion time 10 minutes) and an academic contact completes sections 3-6 (estimated completion time 10 minutes).
  • The information supplied will be treated in accordance with ICM's data protection policy.
