What we're asking and why

What is your life like as a carer for someone with dementia?
What would make your life better?

We're asking Carers these two questions so we can tell people what it feels like to care for someone with dementia and what would make a real difference to our daily lives. You can write as much or as little as you like! You dont have to write an essay, one word can say a lot.

We've also asked a few questions about you and your caring role. Please only answer the questions that you want to answer.

We will use the survey to give other carers, the wider community and decision makers an insight into what life is like and how they can do things that will make your life better.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.
