This online survey is being carried out by the University of Suffolk in collaboration with Cambridgeshire County Council and Alex Ruck Keene (Barrister specialising in mental capacity law).

The research aims to explore the experiences of social care professionals working with people 16+ with learning disabilities and / or autistic spectrum disorders with engaging with the internet and social media. It will also consider professionals experiences' of supporting people to keep safe and manage potential ‘risks’ in this area.

In addition to this the survey will explore what education and training you have accessed, whether this was helpful and what training tools or resources would improve your knowledge.

The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.

The findings of this survey will be used to contribute to the wider body of knowledge in this area.
