After last year's success, we are repeating this survey with staff who are keen to share their personal experience of the University decision making and application process as a parent or relative.
This insight and feedback from staff has proved extremely helpful to the Global Recruitment Team, the Events Team and the Conversion Team. The feedback has provided new ideas and insight into how we compare against other universities in terms of recruitment and conversion activities and communications.
