This study is one of the first of its kind - we are trying to assess levels of hostility and discrimination against Muslims and those perceived to be Muslim, including hate crimes in different countries. By completing this questionnaire, you are contributing to the development of a model that can be used every year to research and tackle this problem. This questionnaire is a way of tackling underreporting and provides regular statistics to governments and local authorities that can be used to understand the problems Muslims face.
The Islamic Human Rights Commission is a UN accredited NGO (www.ihrc.org.uk). This will be IHRC's second survey in the USA. Its findings for California were published in 2013. For more information please visit http://ihrc.org.uk/.
