Consultation on new edition of UKRIO Research Misconduct Investigation Procedure

Introduction

The UK Research Integrity Office has produced a draft second edition of its benchmark Procedure for the Investigation of Misconduct in Research.

The consultation draft can be downloaded here and a summary of the key changes in the revised edition can be found here.

The survey asks questions about the draft version of the Procedure and your answers will be used to inform the final version of the document.

This survey should take c.10 minutes to complete. All questions are optional – please complete as much or as little of the survey as you like. We welcome responses from individuals or on behalf of institutions.

Use of survey data:

Survey data will be used by the UK Research Integrity Office to inform the development of the final version of the Procedure.
Survey data may be used to inform UKRIO's future work on best practice in investigating allegations of misconduct in research.
Anonymised aggregated survey data may be published by and/or circulated by UKRIO. We will not attribute any comments to any individuals or organisations.
