This questionnaire is going to ask your views on the look and feel of two different website designs.

* 15. Women that are rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse have told us that there are many confusing terms used such as "NFA"- no further action being taken by police.

As part of the tool we plan to have a "key words" page, like a glossary that explains terms that are used often. Are there any words or terms that you found confusing or wish you had known that should be included in this glossary?
