Community Facilities Survey

We know that many community facilities are facing a difficult and uncertain year ahead and so we would like your help to fully identify the issues and challenges that community facilities are facing and to gauge your interest in joining a thematic networks to help ensure that these challenges are addressed
As a first step we have a short survey that we would ask you to fill in.
