We Want Your Views on our Rent Review!
Every year Thenue has to review our rents to ensure that we can deliver the services you require and the investment you need in your homes.
In 2020/21 our aim is to keep the increase to the minimum, whilst ensuring that our high standards of performance are maintained. Our proposal therefore, is that we increase rents by 2.6% from April 2020. You can read more about what this will look like for you in our Rent Review Leaflet.
