The Woodland Trust is embarking on an exciting journey to develop and evolve its culture and shape new values that will enable employees, volunteers, and partners to connect to and drive our ambition.

The Woodland Trust started as a volunteer organisation over 50 years ago; our volunteers are essential to what we do, and without you, we wouldn’t have the impact we have now. So thank you for everything you have done for the Trust.

We’d therefore like to invite you to complete a short survey. This will help us understand the attributes and behaviours we’re strong at as an organisation, and the areas we could improve on, to support our mission: to create a world where trees and woods thrive for people and nature.

The survey should take 25 -30minutes to complete and all your thoughts will play a vital role in this process. And there will be more opportunities to have you say, we’re running sessions across the UK to gather volunteer and employee views – so please keep an eye out for these and take part where you can.

Finally, we’ve partnered with culture consultancy, Dragonfish, to ensure all views are taken into consideration objectively. Therefore, all the information you provide will be anonymous and treated in the strictest confidence, so please feel free to be as open and honest as possible with your answers.

Please use the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons to navigate the survey and avoid using browser buttons until the survey is completed.

Many thanks in advance for taking part, we really appreciate everything you do.

Please note the survey closes on Friday 10th June.

If you would like to find out more about how we will gather data, please find The Woodland Trust's privacy policy here, and Dragonfish's privacy policy here.
