World Museum in Liverpool is hosting a blockbuster exhibition  in 2018 - China's First Emperor and the Terracotta Warriors. This exhibition, which will be open from mid February until October, is unprecedented in the UK. The exhibition will span almost 1,000 years of China's history, lying at the heart of which is the story of the First Emperor and his terracotta warriors. It will be the first time in 10 years that these spectacular warriors have been brought to the UK and this exhibition offers a unique opportunity to see them in Liverpool.

As an educator please help us to plan our secondary schools programme for this exciting exhibition by completing this questionnaire and returning it to us by 9th July.

If you would like to be entered into a prize draw for a £20 gift voucher to use at any National Museums Liverpool café then please provide your details at the end of the questionnaire.
