Question Title

* 1. Fe lansiodd y Gwasanaeth Caffael Cenedlaethol (GCC) ei fframwaith ar gyfer Cyflenwi Tanwyddau Hylif ar 9 Ebrill 2015. Mae'r cytundeb hwn yn dod i ben ar 8 Ebrill 2017, fodd bynnag, mae yna ddarpariaeth o fewn y telerau ar gyfer estyniad pellach hyd at ddwy flynedd (lluosol heb fod dros 12 mis). Gan ein bod wedi cyrraedd y torbwynt cyntaf ar y fframwaith, mae angen i’r GCC a'i gwsmeriaid gytuno a fydd y fframwaith yn cael ei ymestyn (gan gynnwys adolygiad o brisiau) neu ei ail-dendro.

Felly, gofynnir yn garedig i chi dreulio 5 munud i gwblhau'r arolwg canlynol i hysbysu ein penderfyniad.

Hoffwn ddiolch i chi ymlaen llaw am unrhyw wybodaeth a roddwyd.

Hoffech chi symud ymlaen i’r arolwg? (Os NA HOFFWN yw eich ateb, gofynnir i chi adael sylw ynghylch y rheswm pam yr ydych wedi penderfynu peidio)

The National Procurement Service (NPS) launched its framework for The Supply of Liquid Fuels on 9th April 2015. This arrangement is due to expire on 8th April 2017, however has provision within the terms for a further extension of up to two years (in multiples not exceeding 12 months).  As we are at the first framework break point, the NPS and its Customers need to agree whether the framework will be extended (with the inclusion of a price review), or retendered.

Therefore, please would you mind spending 5 minutes to complete the following survey to help us inform our decision.

I would like to thank you in advance for any information provided.

Would you like to continue onto the survey?  (If NO, please leave a comment as to why you have declined).

Question Title

* 4. Os mai 'b' (ail-dendro) yw eich ateb i'r uchod (3), gan ystyried eich profiad o ddefnyddio'r fframwaith presennol, beth yw'r materion allweddol yr ydych yn teimlo bod angen i'r GCC gymryd i ystyriaeth ar gyfer y Tendr nesaf?
If your answer above (3) is b (re-tendered), from your experience of using the current framework, what are the key issues that you feel NPS needs to take into consideration for the next Tender?
