You can jump or dive into deep water

You can swim 50 meters in no more than 60 seconds

You can swim 100 meters continuously on front and 100m continuously on back

You can tread water for 30 seconds in deep water

You can surface dive to the floor of the pool

You can climb out of the pool unaided without using a ladder or steps
