The Peacehaven and Telscombe Neighbourhood Plan (P&TNP) is a planning document for the local area, that once adopted through a formal process can be used by communities and planning departments to help shape neighbourhoods for the future. The plan aims to guide the future development of the area by creating policies that will create thriving seaside towns.

What happens to your responses?
Peacehaven and Telscombe Town Councils are the data controllers of your personal data for the purposes of applicable data protection legislation in relation to Neighbourhood Plan making. We collect names, addresses and other contact details. However, when publishing the representations received during this consultation, we will only publish the name of the individual respondent or the organisation that they represent. All other personal information will be omitted or redacted – this includes the contact details and signatures of individuals.
What will we do with your data?
All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Town Councils' Data Protection Policies which are detailed on their websites or can be obtained from the Town Clerks. A summary of all representations received will be made public when the plan is submitted to Lewes District Council for further consultation and then examination. This may include verbatim comments received. Full contact details of private individuals will not be published publicly.
