Thank you for taking the time to answer this 5-10 minute survey.
We are Tomorrow's Natural Leaders (TNLs) at Yorkshire Wildlife Trust aiming to inspire and engage young people in nature.
We want to understand why young people are struggling to start their careers in the environmental sector. To do this, we're collecting data from a range of employers to gain insights into what expectations and opportunities you currently have for young people.
Once the research has been collected, we will write a report of the findings and send this to you for your own use.
All the data will be anonymous and will only be used for our research.
