Half term break from 18th to 22nd February and Easter break dates from 8th to 18th April are already excluded. The activity needs a large space, such as the school hall, so please exclude dates when a large space would not be available in addition to exam dates or when other events are taking place.

* 9. The activity takes two and a half hours to deliver to up to 60 students. We will deliver two sessions in one day to up to 120 students. To help us set the timings please tell us the timings of your school day.

* 11. Total number of students in year 8. The activity is designed for the whole year group. You will be allocated sufficient sessions to accommodate the whole year in groups of 60 students. The Sessions are led by Learning to Work. Heathrow colleagues volunteer to support, giving students the opportunity to meet people from a real working environment.  We will schedule the times to fit within your school day and around the school morning, afternoon and lunch break. The sessions require two and a half hours to deliver, but we will endeavour to accommodate a slightly shorter delivery if needed.
