ACTIVE TRAVEL & SOCIAL PRESCRIBING FEASIBILITY STUDY

Introduction

SYSTRA Ltd is working on behalf of Tees Valley Combined Authority’s (TVCA) to gather stakeholder feedback on the existing social prescribing pathways, processes, facilities and expertise across the five Local Authorities areas and views on the social prescribing for active travel trial.

This survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.

The survey will not ask you for personal data, however, it may be obvious from a point you make which organisation it's come from and therefore if there are any points raised during the interview that must remain anonymous, please write this into your response.

The research is taking place in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
