2018 CoMET and Nova - Customer Satisfaction Survey - TTC
We want to know what you think about the TTC’s subway service. How easy is it to get information? How frequent is subway service? Are fare options convenient? Are the stations and trains clean and comfortable?
We’re interested in your feedback whether you use the service frequently, occasionally, or even if you rarely use the service at all.
It takes about 3-5 minutes to complete the survey, which consists of a number of statements, where we ask you whether you agree or disagree with each of them.
This is an international survey being conducted by subway networks across the world at the same time, so that we can find out what our customers think of the service we provide. We’ll be comparing the results of the surveys, so that we can learn from each other and work toward giving you even better service.
