Regulation 14 Pre-Submission Public Consultation - 6 week consultation ends 5pm 10th August 2021

Background

Neighbourhood planning gives communities direct power to develop a shared vision for their neighbourhood and shape the development and growth of their local area. It helps determine where new homes, shops and offices can be built, what those new buildings will look like, and what infrastructure should be provided to meet their community’s needs, in alignment with the strategic needs and priorities of the wider local area.

Thorpe St Andrew Town Council Neighbourhood Plan Working Group have been developing the Neighbourhood Plan since 2017 and following previous public consultations, now have a final draft which we are again asking our resident's opinions of.  This is our 6-week Regulation 14 Pre-Submission Consultation starting 8am 28th June 2021 and ending 5pm 10th August 2021.

The Neighbourhood Plan outlines the vision and objectives for Thorpe St Andrew, presented in the form of individual policies, and can be viewed here
