How you can help us There are some simple things that you can do - such as: - Provide a personal email and mobile contact - so we can reduce our postage costs and text you appointment reminders - ALWAYS responding to our FIRST invitation to come in for an appointment or vaccination or - ALWAYS letting us know as soon as you can if you cannot get to an appointment - Sign up for our online services and book appointments, request repeat medication and change details online - Only use urgent on the day appointments - when really unwell and it is actually urgent - Self care when you can e.g. Pharmacist, NHS 111
- Remember antibiotics are not always the answer - Order your repeat medicine on time and not too early or too late
