The role health workers who are members of diaspora play as part of the UK health workforce along with the interactions they have with their countries of heritage is of vital importance to the future of the UK health system.

Through this survey we are seeking to understand the role diaspora members currently play in both the UK and international healthcare services.

We are particularly interested in the opinions of those who are training or studying in the UK, as well as those who have come to the UK to work here. We are using the following definition of diaspora: a person who comes from a particular country but who may now live in many different parts of the world.

The findings of this survey will inform a report that THET is currently writing on health workforce mobility and migration, due to be published later in 2019.

Please tick the boxes which best indicate your opinions and then move to the NEXT page.

The survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete, and your answers will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact details for follow up purposes.

We would greatly value your insights and please do share this survey with your networks, friends and colleagues.
