Terms and Conditions

Please read the following thoroughly before submitting your London Marathon 2021 application:

I confirm that my general state of health and fitness is good and I have no known medical conditions that will stop me from completing this event.

I understand that The Kirkwood, sponsors and event organisers are not liable for any injuries sustained during training or when competing in the event. I participate entirely at my own risk.

If I cannot take part in the event for any reason, I agree to defer my place with the event organisers and let The Kirkwood know as soon as possible.

Instructions about how you can defer your place is in your race pack/final instructions magazine which you will receive from event organisers. If you need further information please contact The Kirkwood Fundraising Team.

You are expected to raise the minimum sponsorship and keep your community fundraiser updated with your progress. The Kirkwood has the right to withdraw you from the event if sufficient funds have not been raised within four weeks of the event taking place.

Fundraising must be done via the Virgin Money Giving platform. Our Fundraising Team can support you when setting up your page if necessary.

I agree to make my own travel and accommodation arrangements and understand that I am not permitted to take any funds out of sponsorship raised to cover these costs.
