Due to a high number of respondents so far, we are also asking those interested to download and complete the Health Scotland application form and forward to joy@healthynhappy.org.uk in the first instance. We may follow this up with a phone call to clarify any points to help us make a decision. We will forward the application forms along with the letter of support, directly to NHS Health Scotland for the successful candidates. You can also, or instead, use the same completed form to apply directly to NHS Health Scotland as an independent trainer if you decide to do so. Healthy n Happy will retain any forms and survey results that are not successful, for a period of 6 months. We may use your contact details to get in touch again if there are any further appropriate opportunities within the organisation.
