At The Mosaic Partnership, we have always believed that the relationship between people and place is absolutely crucial.
There have been many concepts and practices to help regenerate our places from the conventional investor led models to the newer customer led models. Town Centre Investment Management (TCIM) is emerging as an increasingly useful tool for shaping and re-energising town centres. The progression of TCIM over the last few years and the development of pilots in a number of locations around the UK provides an exciting foundation that gives the opportunity to those willing and bold enough to act as pioneers.
With our own ethos of ‘people transforming places’, we are hosting a complimentary seminar on the Town Centre Investment Management model and inviting you, a local influencer, shaper and stakeholder in place management, marketing and making, to join us in exploring this concept.
