Survey for listed and unlisted companies

Oxera is conducting this short survey on behalf of DG Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union at the European Commission to analyse the design and functioning of primary equity markets in the EU. Our analysis and findings will feed into the Commission’s work on the CMU.

As part of this project, we are keen to collect views of firms across the EU about their interactions with equity markets.

Any responses you give as part of this survey will be aggregated before reporting and responses will not be attributable to specific individuals or companies without your explicit permission. The completed questionnaires will be employed only as inputs to the study for the European Commission and all copies will be destroyed once the project is complete.

All survey participants can receive an electronic copy of the Oxera study on primary markets for the European Commission.
