The following survey is being conducted by Roche Products Ltd., in partnership with Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK (SMA UK) and Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK).
The study aims to understand inequalities in access to healthcare for people living with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and other neuromuscular conditions.
This survey will gather data on the availability of specialist support in your area, how far you travel to receive care, and the financial implications of receiving care.
The data from this survey will be used to develop a heatmap, demonstrating the regional variation in care across the country.
