Since March 2020 when the lockdown began we have been unable to run our repairs service to fully capacity and have prioritised emergency repairs –carrying out 12,000 emergency repairs during this period.

We have introduced a set of temporary repairs and maintenance service standards due to the coronavirus situation to ensure that we are still delivering the best service we can for our residents at the moment.
