Welcome to My Survey (page 1 of 7)

"Exploring whether individuals considering relationship counselling are experiencing features of anxiety, low mood and stress and if they are, whether these features are impacting on their quality of life".

This survey is the result of a collaboration between the University of the West of Scotland and Relationships Scotland. Approximately 200 people will be asked to complete this survey which asks questions about emotional wellbeing and health targeted at individuals who may be considering relationship counselling.

The survey should take between 15-20 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and is entirely confidential; there are absolutely no risks of your personal information being exposed. If you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However completing the entire survey allows us to understand your experience more effectively. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and no published data will be able to be linked to you personally.
 The data from this research will be reported numerically (you are asked to click on the most appropriate multiple choice answer).
