At one point or another in our lives, we are all a service user, family member or friend of someone accessing NHS services. Therefore we are able to provide feedback based on the care, treatment or support we have either seen or received. At BCHFT we want to make sure we not only capture this feedback using the most appropriate methods but we also provide opportunities for people to get involved in designing, changing and being part of building services and support as an equal partner. This begins with us making sure we have some shared understanding of where we want to be over the next few years and that we all work together as a Black Country community. To do this we need views, ideas and input from everyone to ensure we have a shared vision.
