State of the Youth Community Questionnaire

Help Stoke on Trent to understand its children and young people’s community, what you do and where you do it, so we can work with you going forward to improve your services, your activities and your lives.

There are just 10 questions in this survey, and we estimate it will take you less than 5 minutes to complete.  The survey will close on Friday 18 December 2020 after which, we will bring together a group of children and young people to look at the responses and make a plan to improve Youth Voice across the City going forward.

If you would like to be involved and have your voice heard email Youth.Voice@stoke.gov.uk.

All answers are anonymous and no personal data is collected as part of this survey.
