If you haven’t already done so, you must read the accompanying guidance before starting this questionnaire, to ensure you have all the information you need to complete it.

 

This application will need to be completed in one session, which is estimated to take less than 5 minutes. You will need to have proof of your entitlement to one of the benefits listed in the guidance ready to upload, as stated in the guidelines.

 

Once we have received your application form, you will receive an email from applications@goldsmiths-centre.org – please check your junk mail and add this and the boxoffice@goldsmiths-centre.org email addresses to your safe list. If you have not heard back from us within three days, please contact us to check that your application has been received.

 

You will be notified within two weeks of your submission about the outcome of your application via boxoffice@goldsmiths-centre.org
