Why are we asking for your information?

It is important that Tisbury Community Homes and Development Communications Ltd (DevComms)understands your views on the development proposals owing to your locality to the site.

Your comments will be considered in the evolution of the proposals and will be analysed and reported in a Report on Community Engagement that will be submitted to the Council as part of the planning application. The results of the consultation may also be shared publicly, but no personal information that could identify individual respondents will be included within the report or any publicised results.

How the information you provide will be used

Development Communications is a registered Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). DevComms will process any personal data lawfully in line with the principle of Legitimate Interests as defined in GDPR.

At DevComms, we take your privacy seriously. Any personal information that you provide to us will be held securely and will be securely destroyed as soon as it is no longer required. Under no circumstances will personal data be shared with third parties or for direct marketing purposes.
