Do you know someone who has made a difference to a neighbourhood managed by Poplar HARCA*? If you know someone like this, why not show them how much you appreciate what they are doing by nominating them for a STAR in the Community Award? They could be someone who spends time, without pay, doing something that benefits the community or may be an active member of a community group who organises events for fellow residents or supports and helps other individuals in the area. *Star in the Community nominees can also be from: Clarion, EastendHomes, Gateway HA, One Housing Group, Poplar Harca, Providence Row Housing Association, Spitalfields HA, Swan HA, Tower Hamlets Community Housing or Tower Hamlets Homes. The Categories Inspirational Resident Award (one winner per housing provider) Young People’s Award (one overall winner, aged under 25) Contribution to Resident Involvement Award (one overall winner) Bringing People Together Award (one overall winner) Environmental Award (one overall winner) Rules of Entry1. The deadline for entries is Friday 19 October 2018.2. All nominations must be submitted online or on the official nomination form which can be found on the Poplar HARCA website.3. All nominees must live in a property in Tower Hamlets managed by: Clarion, EastendHomes, Gateway HA, One Housing Group, Poplar HARCA, Providence Row Housing Association, Spitalfields HA, Swan HA, Tower Hamlets Community Housing or Tower Hamlets Homes.4. Residents and resident groups can nominate and be nominated.5. There is no limit to the number of nominations that an individual or group can receive or make.6. An individual or group may nominate or be nominated for more than one category if appropriate.7.
