Possible implementation of a staff lottery

We are currently considering implementing a staff lottery for all DCHS paid employees to choose to participate in on a monthly basis if they wish.

This is in addition to our current staff benefit offering. The tickets would cost £2 each, which would be automatically deducted from your salary and there would be a cap on how many tickets staff can purchase each month. Every month there would be a number of cash prizes and the winners would be randomly selected by an automated lottery system. Cash prizes could vary from £200 to over £1000 but this would be dependent on how many staff are in the lottery that month.
