Introduction

Spirit of 2012 wants to meet the aims and commitments set out in its Equality and Diversity Policy. This includes not discriminating under the Equality Act 2010, and building an accurate picture of the make-up of the workforce to encourage equality and diversity.

The organisation needs your help and co-operation to enable it to do this but filling in this form is voluntary. Spirit will use this to test whether we are getting applications from a diverse range of candidates. If, based on these surveys, this is not the case we will pause the recruitment and look at our recruitment mechanisms to see if we can attract a more diverse range of applicants.
