The European Union’s Regional Development (ERDF) and Transport Scotland funded the Speyside Low Carbon Hub, via the Low Carbon Travel and Transport Challenge Fund.
The scheme includes 10km upgrade of the Speyside Way between Craigellachie and Carron, and electric bike and electric vehicle hire through Moray Carshare. We would appreciate your feedback as to whether it has made any impact on how you travel.
