Adult Social Work Services
Healthwatch Worcestershire provides an independent voice for people who use publicly funded health and social care services. Our role is to ensure that people’s views are listened to and fed back to services in order to improve them.
In 2018 we asked people about their experiences of Adult Social Work services. We are following up on this to see what people think now. We will use what you tell us to see if there is more we should be doing to find out people’s views about social work or social care services.
We are asking people who currently have or who within the last six months, (i.e. since 1st August 2019) have had contact with a Worcestershire County Council Adult Social Care social worker to answer the questions below. This Survey is anonymous. We will not pass on any personal details about you. You do not have to give us your name or contact details.
