Attitudes towards the Covid-19 vaccine |
Introduction
Healthwatch Derbyshire wants to hear from local people about why they may be hesitant about having the Covid-19 vaccination.
We want to hear the concerns people have about having the vaccine. We also want to know if there are any difficulties booking or getting to the appointment, to have the injection.
We would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete this short survey giving us as much detail as you can.
All responses will be treated confidentially and will be shared anonymously with Derbyshire Public Health Services and the NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group, which is coordinating the county’s vaccination programme.
This will help these organisations to remove any practical barriers preventing people from having the vaccine and help to identify where there might be a need for public information.
