RANDOM ACTS – Visitor survey for tour events and exhibitions |
1. RANDOM ACTS – Visitor survey for tour events and exhibitions
Thank you for offering to participate in this short survey regarding your recent experience of Random Acts.
Channel 4 introduced Random Acts in 2011 to show films by artists, rather than programmes about them. Since then it has broadcast over 500 short films covering art, dance, animation, music and opera by artists including Ai Weiwei and Kate Tempest.
Between 2015 and 2018, Arts Council England is investing in five Random Acts Network Centres spread across England. Arts organisations, production companies and education partners are working together to find and nurture young artists and arts film-makers aged 16 to 24 to deliver new short films. The best of these "First Acts" films feature on the Random Acts strand on television and online, alongside films by established artists commissioned directly by Channel 4.
