Survey Information and Consent

This questionnaire is part of a research project by Queen's University Belfast in association with the Moredun Research Institute, on parasite control on sheep farms in the UK and Ireland. We would like to know what you are doing to control worms, and what you think of wormer resistance and how to deal with it.

Once you start the survey, please complete it in one go: answers will not be saved if you leave part way through. There are 20 questions and the whole thing should take you no more than 10 minutes or so to complete (on average, respondents so far have taken 7 minutes). Once you begin please complete in one sitting, as answers will not be saved if you leave part way through.

If you are prepared to share more information (still anonymously), please consider taking this survey instead, it is much more detailed and will take about an hour:
Big Worm 2021

The answers are completely anonymous, and you are under no obligation to take the survey (but thanks if you do!). Results will be used as part of current research to assess the current situation with respect to wormer resistance, and to improve guidance to help address this issue. They will not be shared with commercial companies except in published form open to everyone.

If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please contact Laura Miskell at lmiskell01@qub.ac.uk. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you should contact eric.morgan@qub.ac.uk.
