Bi-borough Childcare and Early Education Service Satisfaction Questionnaire Autumn term 2020 |
Dear Provider,
The Bi-borough Childcare and Education Service wants to ensure that the services provided meet your needs and are of value to early years providers and practitioners. We therefore, would appreciate it if you could complete the questionnaire below so that your views inform our future service delivery. The key areas of delivery are:
· The Early Years Advisory and Inclusion Service offers support and advice to private, voluntary and independent providers including childminders as well as maintained schools delivered to you by Amy Fleming, Glynis Mates, Jane Robinson and Tania King
· The Training offer delivered to you by Amy Fleming, Glynis Mates, Jane Robinson, Tania King and Silvia Zeroual as well as a team of vetted commissioned early years trainers and key partner services
· The Family Information Service (FIS) which is a free, impartial information service for parents and carers of children and young people aged up to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs) and provides a platform for providers to promote their businesses as well as offering advice, information and support for families, as well as early year providers. The FIS website also includes our 'SEND Local Offer', offering children and young people (and their families) guidance and service information relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This service is delivered to you by Janese Samuels and Carmen Sanchez
· Finance, IT systems and Payment Services which are not directly delivered by our service but are supported by the Commissioning Department. This includes a range of finance, data submission and IT services delivered by Antony Stern and Nigel Yates
· Administration and coordination of the free early years entitlement to 2,3 and 4 year olds. This support is primarily delivered to you by Debbie Cole, Shaheen Majeed and Prosscovia Apire.
