Training Needs Survey

Help us to help you attract new talent into our industry! We are conducting a survey to identify where there are current and future skills gaps within the sector so we can take relevant action now.

 Our sector plays a really important (and often overlooked) role within the national and international economy and the communities we operate in. The products and services we deliver touch the lives of the population in ways that most don’t realise. From the adverts we see every day in-store and out of store, the targeted door drops you receive and the books and magazines you read, to the large-scale promotional campaigns and small format price tickets we see in shops every day. The amazing graphics you see when at a concert or sports event to the beautiful imagery displayed in our cinemas, museums and theatres. This is all produced by our sector.

 There are an increasingly diverse range of exciting career opportunities from traditional print, finishing and associated roles to technology solutions, creative and 3D design, marketing and PR, logistics and procurement. These roles are becoming more and more global giving people the opportunity for travel and learning about different markets within the sector.
