GAR-CIArb seat-index survey questionnaire - edition two

 
This is the online questionnaire for phase two of the GAR-CIArb seat index.
 
This year we will be adding the following seats to the index:
  • Cairo,
  • Dubai,
  • Kuala Lumpur,
  • Sao Paolo,
  • Stockholm, and
  • Vienna

The index provides short reports on the favourableness of individual arbitral seats, as measured against a set of standard criteria. The reports capture, in concentrated form, the essence of a seat.

We have greatly simplified the questionnaire from edition one, and hope you will take a moment to give us the benefit of your wisdom.

All questionnaires are received in strictest confidence. We won't reveal the names of anyone taking part.
