This is the application form for Screen Moves - the U.Dance Digital South East Regional Platform 2022.

Date: Friday 25 March and Saturday 26 March 2022
Time: 6pm
Location: Facebook and YouTube Premiere
The digital event will be available to view on YouTube following the event and until 25 April 2022.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: 12 noon Tuesday 11 January 2022
The U.Dance Digital South East Regional Platform 2022 is a partnership event between South East Dance and One Dance UK. Applicants have the option to be considered for One Dance UK’s U.Dance National Festival taking place in the summer. (Please note: The National Festival activity will be dependent on the Covid-19 situation and government advice at the time). An independent selection panel of dance specialists will be responsible for all U.Dance 2022 South East region shortlisting.

To apply you must complete and submit the following by the deadline:
· All sections of this online application form
· The online equality and diversity monitoring form
· The URL link to your dance film
· Confirmation that you are using music that is: royalty free or original music composed specifically for the piece.

Support and Access
We welcome applications from individuals and inclusive groups working with young dancers who identify as D/disabled or D/deaf.

There is a small bursary available for individuals or groups with dancers who identify as D/disabled or D/deaf selected for Screen Moves.

As part of the application process, groups/individual applicants will be required to provide a URL link to a video of their filmed dance piece.
Applicants will be required to confirm that their music is royalty-free or original music composed solely for the piece.
Selected groups/individuals will be required to submit documentation/forms, a photograph of the piece, evidence of terms of music usage & crediting, and their filmed dance piece as a MP4 file.
