Childcare Provision in Leeds

How are your finances, career prospects and mental health affected by the provision of flexible and affordable childcare?

We want to hear from parents, non-parents and employers

We hear anecdotes from parents describing that the lack of affordable and flexible childcare holds them back from getting into work, getting promoted or achieving good work/life balance. We hear less about the disappointment from employers that women's skills, experience and expertise are missing from their company. The Leeds branch of the Women's Equality Party want your views of how childcare affects you and/or your staff.

We want to take those views to the decision makers so they can start to think realistically about providing affordable and flexible childcare. We want Leeds to have a rich skill base, resilient economy and thriving families.
